BESPOKE & MADE-TO-MEASURE GARMENTS
•All bespoke, made-to-measure, and custom-made garments are produced specifically to the customer's measurements and requirements.
•A minimum deposit of 50% is required before production begins.
•Once measurements are taken, fabric is cut, or production has commenced, deposits and payments are non-refundable.
•Completed bespoke garments cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
•Customers are entitled to reasonable fitting adjustments related to the original measurements provided during the fitting process.
•Any changes requested after approval of measurements, design, fabric selection, or production commencement may incur additional charges.
READY-TO-WEAR PRODUCTS
•Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the original receipt.
•Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
•For hygiene reasons, socks, undergarments, and certain accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded.
•Sale, promotional, clearance, and discounted items are non-refundable and may only be exchanged at management discretion.
ALTERATION SERVICES
•Alteration charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
•Customers are requested to inspect garments upon collection.
•Any concerns regarding alterations must be reported within 48 hours of collection.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
•Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
•Management reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
•By placing an order or purchasing products or services from Kata & Tru Bespoke, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.
